CB-028-2022 AN ACT CONCERNING AMENDMENT OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT PRINCE GEORGE'S CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. (PGCOA) (CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS) for the purpose of amending the labor agreement by and between Prince George's County, Maryland and the Prince George's Correctional Officers' Association, Inc. (PGCOA) (Correctional Officers) to provide for a certain retirement provision that was omitted from the Collective Bargaining Agreement enacted by CB-113-2021.

CR-035-2022 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING AMENDMENT OF BENEFITS, PRINCE GEORGE'S CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. (CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS) SALARY SCHEDULE D for the purpose of amending the Salary Plan of the County to provide for a certain retirement provision that was omitted from Salary Schedule D, adopted by CR-113-2021.

CR-026-2022 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING FISCAL YEAR ("FY") 2022 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT for the purpose of amending the Prince George's County Fiscal Year ("FY") 2022 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development by adding eligible Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") Program activities not originally funded or described in the FY 2022 Annual Action Plan, and the reprogramming and reallocating of three hundred sixty nine thousand, eight hundred and eighty six dollars ($369,886) in Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") funds from the County FY 2015, FY 2016, FY 2017 and FY 2018 Annual Action Plans funds to support the activities.

CR-027-2022 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING FISCAL YEAR ("FY") 2022 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT for the purpose of amending the Prince George's County Fiscal Year ("FY") 2022 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development by approving the restructuring of a Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") Program activity as a result of a change in the location and description of an activity originally described in the FY 2022 Annual Action Plan.
