CR-014-2021 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING ADEQUATE PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITIES SURCHARGE for the purpose of approving a partial waiver of the adequate public safety facilities surcharge for all residential units of the mixed-use College Park Southern Gateway Project ("Southern Gateway").

CR-015-2021 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING SCHOOL FACILITIES SURCHARGE for the purpose of approving a full exemption of the school facilities surcharge for all residential units within the Union on Knox project.
